Once again this year, TheFork, the leading reservation platform in Europe, has produced its TOP100 2019, which has already become one of the gastronomic events in our country and a reference for thousands of foodies, who are ultimately the ones who book through of the app, they try the restaurant and give their opinion, having the last word when it comes to identifying the favorite restaurants of the year.

The application, which already has more than 19 million opinions, has taken into account different criteria for preparing this ranking, such as the scores obtained by the restaurants during this 2019, the volume of opinions during this year, the visits to the tab of the restaurant, the reservations generated, as well as the references in other prestigious local and national guides. In this way, the TOP100 restaurants are also part of TheFork's INSIDER selection, which highlights the best restaurants of the moment, including 60% of those awarded by the Michelin Guide in Spain.
